摘要: Ultrastructural analyses of serial thin sections have revealed two structurally different types sympathetic axon innervating the afferent and efferent juxtaglomerular arterioles intralobular arteries in outer cortex rabbit kidney. Both also been found association with an arteriole rat One type consists relatively large diameter unmyelinated axons bearing varicosities form slight expansions. The a distinct structural zonation: synaptic vesicles occupy expansion which faces smooth muscle cells, whereas rest is filled numerous microtubules. other has containing mitochondria but few are generally small intervaricosities very thin. relationship both support cells and/or basal lamina sometimes poorly defined. catecholaminergic as their take up 6-hydroxydopamine junctions arteriolar cells. As well differing from each other, intrarenal differ several respects those innervate arterial vessels.
