摘要: Rats were trained in a shuttle-box to emit shuttle response (SBs) 5-s buzzer using three different routines: (1) classical conditioning (DP test), which the was followed immediately by 1.5 mA foot-shocks on all trials regardless of responses; (2) an avoidance paradigm without stimulus pairing (DC buzzer-shock interval varied at random between 5 and 35 s each trial, but SB cancelled next scheduled shock (avoidance contingency); (3) typical two-way situation (DPC stimuli paired every as DP, shock, DC. In tests intertrial ranged 10 40 s, sessions consisted 50 trials.
