摘要: The effect of LSD (0.075 and 0.3 mg/kg, ip) on orienting shuttle responses to a buzzer was investigated in rats submitted three different experimental procedures shuttle-box: (a) presentation 50 buzzers alone (habituation); (b) interspersed with 25 unpaired footshocks (pseudoconditioning); (c) paired (two-way avoidance). increased response all situations dose-dependent fashion. Dibenamine (10 ip), which had similar action its own, did not antagonize that LSD. also enhanced performance pseudoconditioned fashion, this potentiated by dibenamine. In the two-way situation, pretrial at lower dose apparently no higher dose, when given together dibenamine it depressant both doses. Retention, as measured an avoidance session made 7 days later, groups than water- or dibenamine-treated groups. Since retention posttrial, must be concluded deleterious acquisition response. either conditioned shuttling. These results indicate orienting, shuttling shuttling, while they may occur superimposed, spite latter two being identical external appearance, each have distinct pharmacology their least relation drugs tested. This is discussed organization aversive shuttle-box depending context situation.
