摘要: Rats were placed in a conventional shuttle-box and submitted to buzzers shocks presented random sequence with no temporal association. These rats made pseudoconditioned barrier-crossing responses the buzzer. The performance of these was enhanced by metrazol trimethadione, depressed amobarbital, phenobarbital, meprobamate, diazepam, chlorpromazine reserpine, unaffected diphenylhidantoin, cannabidiol, caffeine, strychnine, picrotoxin dibenamine. enhancing effect but not that metrazol, antagonized With exception drug effects on pseudoconditioning reported here do correlate those for pre-trial administration conditioned avoidance, using same doses route (intraperitoneal). present results support notion is distinct behavioral entity pharmacologic characteristics clearly different from avoidance conditioning.
