摘要: Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue-derived (MALT) lymphoma, a low grade B-cell extranodal is the most frequent subset of primary pulmonary lymphoma. Our objective was to evaluate initial extent disease and analyse characteristics long-term outcome these patients. All chest pathological departments teaching hospitals in Paris were contacted order identify patients with histological diagnosis lymphoma MALT subtype. 63 cases identified. The median age 60 yrs. 36% had no symptoms at diagnosis. 46% least one extrapulmonary location estimated 5- 10-yr overall survival rates 90% 72%, respectively. Only two nine observed deaths related Age performance status only adverse prognostic factors for survival. Extrapulmonary not factor or progression-free Treatment cyclophosphamide anthracycline associated shorter survival, when compared chlorambucil. data confirm indolent nature Better chlorambucil anthracycline.
