摘要: Naringenin (NAR) as one of the flavonoids observed in grapefruit has been reported to exhibit an anti-cancer activity. However, more detailed mechanism by which NAR exerts properties still remains unanswered. Thus, this study, we have shown that down-regulates level cyclin D1 human colorectal cancer cell lines, HCT116 and SW480. inhibited proliferation SW480 cells decreased protein. Inhibition proteasomal degradation MG132 blocked NAR-mediated downregulation half-life was treated with NAR. In addition, increased phosphorylation at threonine-286 a point mutation alanine p38 inactivation attenuated From these results, suggest may result from through activation. The current study provides new mechanistic link between NAR, growth cells.
