摘要: Background Tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) converting enzyme (TACE) plays an essential role in the TNF-alpha shedding process, which could affect outcome of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). However, it remains unclear whether originates from ruptured plaque or represents a systemic process. This study analysed TACE-mediated at site plaques AMI patients and compared them with mechanism. Materials methods The included 60 who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) 21 stable angina pectoris (SA). Local samples were taken using aspiration catheter treatment. Systemic also aorta all SA. Results levels TACE higher than SA patients. In patients, these local samples. A positive correlation was seen between Thrombus material removed showed immunostainings infiltrating macrophages. By six months follow-up study, remained only significant independent predictors adverse cardiac events Conclusions demonstrates that expression is related to addition, may play important poor outcomes AMI.
