摘要: The estrogen-induced progesterone receptor in the untransformed hamster kidney has been further characterized. ability of various estrogenic hormones to induce specific renal was 17β-estradiol = estrone > estriol 17α-estradiol. At period maximum induction by either diethylstilbestrol (DES) or 17β-estradiol, hormone withdrawal resulted a linear decline content nearly castrate levels after 5 weeks. Readministration estrogen these hormonewithdrawn animals elicited significant increase concentration compared only 9 days treatment.
