摘要: Background: Increased fetal DNA in maternal plasma/serum has been reported pregnancies complicated by preeclampsia. We hypothesize that RNA may also be increased plasma preeclampsia. Methods: developed a real-time quantitative reverse transcription-PCR assay to measure the concentration of mRNA corticotropin-releasing hormone ( CRH ) locus. Peripheral blood samples were obtained from healthy pregnant women both before and 2 h after delivery. suffering preeclampsia controls matched for gestational age. Plasma was harvested these samples, extracted. subjected analysis assay. Results: detected 10 third trimester. found cleared very rapidly cesarean section, with no detectable signal postpartum. concentrations 1070 102 copies/mL, respectively, 12 preeclamptic age (Mann–Whitney test, P <0.001). Conclusion: represents new molecular marker Maternal is gender- polymorphism-independent allow noninvasive gene-expression profiling an unborn fetus.
