摘要: Abstract Background : Creatinine is an important clinical laboratory parameter for the evaluation of kidney function. It essential to determine its concentration in serum patients suffering from renal insufficiency. During hemodialysis treatment, measurement creatinine effluent dialysate or ultrafiltrate may give additional information on efficiency extracorporal procedure. Therefore, enzyme sensors with co-immobilized amidohydrolase, creatine amidinohydrolase and sarcosine oxidase have been used creatinine. Methods Enzymatically generated hydrogen peroxide has amperometrically detected at a platinum-working electrode. To exclude electroactive compounds sample matrix, which might interfere electrochemical measurement, additionally modified by Nafion membrane. Results Such showed linear detection range 0.06–1.7 mg/dl Diluting measuring buffer, it also possible measure pathological concentrations up 11 mg/dl. A good correlation between serum, determined presented those obtained both, conventional colorimetric Jaffe enzymatic measurements achieved. Conclusion Further developments will aim integration this principle into concept low-cost disposable planar sensors.
