摘要: Fiber orientation in reinforced polymer parts can greatly affect the appearance and mechanical properties. The fiber process during a confluent of two or more strands melt mold cavity is discussed. Different from common melts with no material, novel model describing for fiber-reinforced established. Through finite element simulation, its accumulation state different layers plastic are obtained. 3D surface morphologies region caused by distribution tested laboratory, relationships between temperature presented as well.
