摘要: Fiber orientation in reinforced polymer parts can greatly affect the appearance and mechanical properties. The fiber process during a confluent of two or more strands melt mold cavity is discussed. Different from common melts with no material, novel model describing for fiber-reinforced established. Through finite element simulation, its accumulation state different layers plastic are obtained. 3D surface morphologies region caused by distribution tested laboratory, relationships between temperature presented as well. By using SEM to observe induced temperatures, effect on impact strength resultant Testing results prove that established effective explaining outcome materials.
