摘要: The hosting of sport events, especially large-scale and mega-events, is deemed to be an important component promoting development in relation economic social aspects both developed developing contexts. South Africa’s the 2010 FIFA World Cup was significant that it first time such event had been hosted on African continent. subsequent positioning as ‘African Cup’ which ensured designing legacy objectives geared towards achieving a continental legacy, goes beyond scope leveraging potential benefits any known mega-event previously hosted.
