摘要: Rationale Drugs enhancing the GABAA and/or reducing NMDA/glycine-B receptor activity produce an anxiolytic effect. Regarding former drugs (e.g. benzodiazepines), prior elevated plus-maze (EPM) test experience abolishes trial 2 activity, a phenomenon referred to as "one-trial tolerance" (OTT).
