摘要: This paper explores a model of the impact office information systems (OIS) on potential personal power and influence in an organization. The focus is how OIS can increase individual. I have drawn from base theory to identify five bases that would, hypothetically, provide for individual's organization: (1) resource provision; (2) irreplaceability; (3) authority; (4) network centrality; (5) expertise. To explore this conceptual model, data were collected 136 users well-established systems. pilot study provides general support our be explained through its effects bases. In particular, indicate centrality most significant contributor administrative personnel, while provision factor technical personnel.
