摘要: Crude oil is one of the most widespread pollutants released into marine environment, and native species have provided useful information about effect crude pollution in ecosystems. We consider that lined sole Achirus lineatus can be a monitor Gulf Mexico (GoM) because this flounder has wide distribution along GoM, its response to components relevant. The objective study was compare transcriptomic changes liver gill adults fish (Achirus lineatus) exposed sublethal acute concentration water-accommodated fraction (WAF) light for 48 h. RNA-Seq performed assess transcriptional both organs. A total 1073 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were detected gills; 662 (61.69%) upregulated, 411 (38.30%) downregulated whereas liver, 515 DEGs; 306 (59.42%) 209 (40.58%) downregulated. Xenobiotic metabolism redox metabolism, with DNA repair mechanisms, activated. induction hypoxia-regulated generalized regulation multiple signaling pathways support hypothesis WAF exposition causes hypoxia-like condition.
