摘要: A subtraction library was prepared from cultures of Aspergillus niger that had or not been exposed to dithiothreitol (DTT), in order identify genes involved the unfolded protein response (UPR) reductive stress. large fraction clones (40%) encoded two putative methyltransferases (MTs) whose function has yet be determined. Other stress-responsive included a homologue Mn2+ -containing superoxide dismutase gene (sodB) and number predicted code for products turnover intra- extracellular transport molecules. Transcriptional microarray analysis carried out with group 15 genes, comprising 11 cDNA library, linked MT but represented UPR control (bipA pdiA). Eleven were inducible DTT. This either reflected by presence transcripts cells subjected DTT stress compared absence under conditions, an induction ratio between 1.4 8.0 cases where already detectable conditions. The among four most highly induced. None apart bipA pdiA, showed significant other stresses are known induce fungi. We conclude alone does provide specific conditions must also examined.
