摘要: This is the first of two papers presenting structure and empirical estimation a planning land-use—transportation model for San Francisco Bay Area. The based on random utility theory considers in an integrated way location urban economic activity housing, travel. formulated as nonlinear optimization problem shown to result expressions which are consistent with behavior at individual level.
