摘要: Abstract Power density spectra of electrical fluctuations in potential and current (during voltage clamp) the steady state, measured from electrically isolated patches squid axon membrane, contain a noise component that is form [1 + (f/fc)2]-1. For temperature changes fc = (2πτn)-1, where τn Hodgkin-Huxley relaxation time for potassium channel. These other data strongly suggest this due to ion passage process membrane. Furthermore, by comparison values membrane channel with those calculated (Hodgkin-Huxley equations) power spectra, it possible relate compare models previously could only be applied macroscopic conductance data. An initial result suggests two-state (open-closed) model, which based upon literal interpretation equations, not likely correct.
