摘要: The mammalian uterus undergoes significant growth on a regular basis. For example, in mouse within an estrous cycle of four days, the number uterine epithelial cells must double two days and return to normal levels next two. This process is repeated throughout reproductive lifetime animal, which means that murine epithelium will be reconstituted approximately 90 times one year. remarkable potential obviously requires numerous controls. A single prime stimulus for initiation proliferation female sex hormone, estrogen, appropriate pharmacological form. Although estrogen apparent proximate effector cell division, actual mechanism whereby its mitogenic signal transduced tissue or still not completely known. Certainly, at molecular level, receptor (ER), functioning as transcription factor, involved regulation expression specific genes, some may estrogen-induced mitogenesis; these pathways, however, remain established. At same time, results have been presented raise possibility peptide factors (or polyfunctional regulating factors) are biology.
