摘要: Facilitating the mobilisation, sharing, or exchange of patents is increasingly important to promote innovation in this globalised and well-networked world, where circulation ideas technologies is essential innovation. In context open innovation, are expected play a role as means for transferring from one entity another, addition acting for excluding others using companies’ own technologies. such situation, variety new entities focusing on patent-related transactions emerging. Some IP specialist firms seek monetise patents by creating strategic patent portfolios licensing them. Others provide websites establish online marketplaces could be traded. And still establish co-operative venture that buys licenses its members for defensive purpose. They also include IP investment banks will lend against value IP, create funds, similar to mutual which allow investors earn revenue royalties. These new players now could significantly influence patents. It would governments deepen their understanding how these performing transaction markets order to support their development most socially beneficial directions. This may for traditional technology-oriented companies, since effective use help them improve innovation process strengthen competitiveness.
