摘要: Effective regeneration in vitro is a necessary precondition for the implementation of different biotechnological approaches plant breeding. Numerous studies have reported on from apple somatic tissues, and organogenesis has been proved to be influenced by several factors including mother shoots (genotype, size, type, age explant), conditions (dark period, light intensity, quality), others (wounding, orientation leaf explants). However, one most important before during process type concentration cytokinin applied. Thidiazuron benzyladenine are frequently used cytokinins systems, but their efficiency depends genotype other factors. Other (e.g., zeatin kinetin) also tested experiments they were found general less active. The organogenic ability explants can increased properly selected pre-treatment. Cytokinins applied pre-treatments influence structure, which turn alter capacity explant. Interactions between (hormones, light, culture conditions) phase should considered. This review brings into focus role shoot development, discussing effects histology leaves developed vitro, how this affects subsequent process.
