摘要: Tendon disorders, which are commonly presented in the clinical setting, disrupt patients' normal work and life routines, they damage careers of athletes. However, there is still no effective treatment for tendon disorders. In field tissue engineering, potential therapeutic application exogenous stem cells to treat pathology has been demonstrated be promising. With development cell biology chemical biology, strategies that use inductive tenogenic factors program fate situ most easily readily translatable applications. this review, we focus on bioactive molecules can potentially induce tenogenesis adult cells, summarize various differentiation found comparative studies. Moreover, discuss molecular regulatory mechanisms tenogenesis, examine challenges developing standardized protocols achieving efficient reproducible tenogenesis. Finally, predict future directions regeneration. Stem Cells Translational Medicine 2018;7:404-414.
