摘要: In Melbourne, Australia, a shift is occurring in the approach to wastewater management. With increased pressure from landscape drivers such as population growth, urbanisation, and over decade of extended drought conditions, new model management being explored by Melbourne’s metropolitan water utilities development their latest Metropolitan Sewerage Strategy (MSS). input key industry leaders broad range stakeholders collaborative ‘vision’ sustainable sewerage services Melbourne 50 year timeframe was developed with decentralised systems emerging key, long-term component service delivery. Drawing on multi-level perspective (MLP), we investigate interrelated reinforcing factors that have driven this perception toward serious consideration alternative socio-technical configurations future planning strategy.
