摘要: While the Moraten strain measles vaccine is an excellent, safe, and immunogenic vaccine, failure occurs, presumably when individual develops inadequate immune response. In this study, we examined association of HLA class I genes vaccine-induced antibody levels. We found that allele distribution HLA-B alleles differed between non-responders hyper-responders (p = 0.002). Several were associated with non-response (HLA-B13, -B44, -C5); whereas several other hyper-response (HLA-B7 -B51). addition, more likely to be homozygous than normal responders (odds ratio 2.1), 3.7, p 0.031 Mantel-Haenzel for trend). Finally, evidence dose-response phenomenon HLA-B7. conclude there are important associations levels following immunization.
