摘要: The purposes of this study were to evaluate the prognostic significance Glut-1 expression in patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, and analyse its intraepithelial neoplasias (PanIN) non invasive intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms (IPMN). was studied by immunohistochemistry 60 adenocarcinomas scored on a 4-point scale (1: 75%). Relationships between score, histological grade MIB-1 score evaluated Spearman rank correlation test. Significant correlations found (P 50%. indicated higher glucose uptake poorly differentiated highly proliferative cancer cells. immunohistochemical provides useful factor adenocarcinoma. not PanINs 1 but 27.8% 43.8% 2 3, IPMNs low- moderate-grade dysplasia 60% high-grade dysplasia, indicating involvement relatively early phase carcinogenesis.
