摘要: Abstract:This study aimed to investigate the potential effect of in vivo administration immunosuppressive agent FK-506 (tacrolimus) on endothelial function rat thoracic aortas with respect nitric oxide (NO) synthesis. In vitro drug NO synthesis cultured coronary
