摘要: Abstract The profile of spontaneous contractions as well the influences prostacyclin (PGI2) on motility human ovarian veins obtained during estrogenic phase sex cycle were explored. preparations exhibited a distinct phasic activity, which progressively decreased isolation time progresses, dissapearing almost completely following more than two hours. PGI2 produced biphasic influence quiescent preparations. After threshold is attained lower concentrations caused depression tone whereas higher ones enhanced basal and induced contractile cycles. Phentolamine reduced markedly stimulating but had no action inhibitory effects, propranolol failed to alter either excitatory or depressive action. results suggest participation alpha-adrenoceptive-mediated mechanisms in stimulatory effects PGI2. On other hand, may be importance regulation venous flow PGI2-induced could play role counter current mechanism between arteries pedicle.
