摘要: Diabetes mellitus is considered as a common metabolic disease diagnosed frequently in canine and feline pathology. On the other hand, clinical syndrome of diabetes described rarely domestic species (cattle, small ruminants, swine horses) [1-3]. Many similarities with human counterpart are clearly emphasized literature, considering mechanism this disease. This reason why animals used many research studies respect to etiopathogenesis treatment [4]. The most cases present main sign failure β-cells produce insulin support needs organism. insidious onset may be induced by various causes: diminished synthesis insulin, decreased sensitivity target cells organs excess hormones drugs or multiple combinations these causes [1].
