摘要: Abstract To explore the role and rule of leptin levels in severe traumatism, an ischemia–reperfusion injury model was established to observe change levels, platelet activating factor, noradrenalin, lipopolysaccharide, endothelin-1 were utilized induce vascular endothelial cells. Leptin concentrations serum supernatant detected by murine human radioimmunoassay. The results showed that first level significantly decreased after 60 min ischemia 30 reperfusion versus pre-experimental values, a variational trend increase as time extended; second, PAF ET-1 treatments 6 24 h control group. It can be concluded maybe inflammatory cytokine play protection acute inflammation traumatism.
