摘要: Abstract The European Union has established a framework to achieve or maintain good environmental status in the marine environment by 2020. Marine Strategy Framework Directive requires application of ecosystem approach management human activities, covering all sectors having an impact on environment. However, fisheries Mediterranean are far from systematic implementation ecosystem-based (EBFM). Aiming address this issue, study explores potential relationship between daily yield vessel (landings and income species) position (known via monitoring system) as tool for fleet management. This is possible due current dynamics fleets, with vessels returning harbour where landings registered weight vessel. Moreover, >15 m total length have been compulsory monitored VMS since 2005. A bottom trawl that operates northwestern was chosen develop approach. Different groups trawlers were identified, which could be linked strategies displayed fishermen mainly driven target species dynamics. Accurate knowledge fishing targets driving at level (i.e. ground habitat pressure exerted corresponding landings) shown feasible
