摘要: Macrophages play key roles in inflammation. During the onset of inflammatory process, these phagocytic cells become activated and have destructive effects. Macrophage activation, which involves induction more than 400 genes, results an increased capacity to eliminate bacteria regulate many other through release cytokines chemokines. However, excessive activation has damaging effects, such as septic shock, can lead multiple organ dysfunction syndrome death. In situations, persistence proinflammatory activity development chronic inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, bowel disease. To prevent undesirable several mechanisms evolved control excess thereby leading macrophage deactivation resolution this review, we discuss that mediate deactivation.
