摘要: Abstract Trophoblast populations in four cases of placenta accreta were characterized using antibodies directed against cell membrane antigens, placental hormonal products and low-molecular-weight cytokeratins standard immunoperoxidase techniques. The results obtained with antibody to syncytiotrophoblast (rabbit anti-StMPM), an epithelial antigen (HMFG1) a cytokeratin marker (CAM 5.2) appeared identical those reported for normal term tissues. Similarly the localization human lactogen (hPL), chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG) pregnancy-specific β 1 -glycoprotein (SP ) within trophoblast was their distribution placenta. However, increased reactivity at villous-maternal junction demonstrated NDOG1, raised hyaluronic acid. NDOG1 this site is normally maximal during early development virtually absent third trimester. suggest that does not arise through excessive invasiveness or proliferation absence decidua more importance pathogenesis. may regulate its unfavourable intramyometrial implantation by production
