摘要: Immunohistochemical techniques have been used to investigate the expression of fetal trophoblast antigens and maternal leucocytic response in molar pregnancy choriocarcinoma. The antigenic phenotype morphologically defined populations complete, partial invasive moles was analogous that normal pregnancy. All phenotypes described were also identified choriocarcinoma, suggesting extensive differentiation into heterogeneous subgroups occurs malignant trophoblast. infiltrate consisted T lymphocytes class II MHC-positive macrophages. CD2-positive, CD3-negative decidua but not uterine tissue Similarly, endometrial granulocytes present choriocarcinoma; these cells associated with decidualization rather than
