摘要: Dendritic cells (DC) initiate and orient immune responses comprise several subsets that display distinct phenotypes properties. Most of our knowledge DC biology is based on mouse studies. In the past few years, alignment human network with has been focus much attention. Although comparative phenotypic transcriptomic analysis have shown a high level homology between subsets, significant differences in phenotype function also evidenced. Here we review recent advances understanding discuss some remaining gaps future challenges field.
