摘要: Obesity and overweight are increasing in prevalence developed countries as a result of changing dietary habits lack physical activity. The purpose the present study was to evaluate changes body composition during short-term overfeeding using three-component model, which is composed fat mass (FM), total water (TBW), fat-free dry solids (FFDS). Ten healthy men completed 3 days they consumed 1,500 kcal/day more energy than their normal diets. Body evaluated at three time points: day before after diets 3-day diet. Before diets, there were no significant differences weight composition, but overfeeding, weight, TBW, FFDS increased 0.7, 0.2 kg, respectively (P <0.0001). There difference FM between This suggests that TBW gain contributes following overfeeding.
