摘要: During the last few years there has been a sharp increase in research on photomedicine, i.e., applications of light (ultraviolet, visible, near infrared) as tool prevention disease, preparation pharmaceuticals, elucidation etiology and diagnosis treatment disease (Regan Parrish, 1982; Smith, 1984; Spikes, 1985). Light can be used two ways, termed phototherapy photochemotherapy. In phototherapy, effective is absorbed by endogenous chromophores, while photochemotherapy, appropriate absorbing drugs (termed “dyes” this review) are administered to patient prior treatment. Much recent interest photochemotherapy centered tumors. Such therapy offers possibility double selectivity for target tumor using drug that taken up or retained specifically tumor, followed illumination tumorous area. This review concerned with those anatomical, physiological biochemical properties tumors malignant cells appear useful development photochemotherapeutic modalities
