摘要: Abstract Background Radical abdominal surgery in patients who have previously undergone a hysterectomy is surgical challenge. This type of for invasive cervical cancer after or vaginal stump metastasis traditionally requires major laparotomy; however, minimal-access approach now being applied to this procedure. Case A laparoscopic-assisted radical parametrectomy including pelvic and/or paraaortic lymphadenectomy was performed on two presenting diagnosed simple and one patient with recurred endometrial the stump. All three had an excellent clinical outcome made rapid recovery no complications, even though cases involved bladder laceration. Conclusion laparoscopic viable technique women recurrent prior hysterectomy.
