摘要: Individual risk of melanoma depends on two sets factors: characteris tics each subject such as his or her racial origin, pigmentation, skin reaction to sunlight, nevus and freckle density; characteristics the environment in which he she lives. The only well established environmental causal factor for is sun exposure, with there being considerable evidence a complementary effect artificial ultraviolet radiation (UVR). In this review, emphasis role modifiable cause melanoma. This review incorporates updates material from earlier reports, [1–5], data IARC Monograph Solar Ultraviolet Radiation [6]. A number other very useful reviews are available, [7–19].
