摘要: A 17 year old girl, with a papillary and cystic tumor of the pancreas, probably concealed within previous post-traumatic pseudocyst pancreas is described. At 10 years age, she had received drainage procedure for pancreatic pseudocyst, following blunt abdominal trauma. The histological examination cyst wall did not show an epithelial lining. Seven after that, developed anemia computer tomography ultrasonography abdomen revealed cm x 9 8 cm, cystic, multilocular mass solid parts. On operation, fist-sized, tumor, located in body tail infiltrating into colonic serosa but no metastasis, was found completely excised. Histologic electron microscopic characteristic features pancreas. This report suggests that lesions should be carefully checked to decide best surgical therapy.
