摘要: The anti-hapten response of spleen cells from mice primed with hapten-carrier (dinitrophenylated keyhole limpet hemocyanin) was decreased by depletion T during the first four days after secondary antigenic stimulation, but unaffected when were depleted on day 5. cultures that prior to stimulation restored addition carrier-primed two culture, partially 3, not at later times. Thus, required only about 4 a T-dependent antigen peaked 8. Autoradiography experiments showed frequency antigen-binding increased time regardless presence in cultures. We conclude helper are for B cell proliferation, differentiation antibody-secreting cells.
