摘要: Guinea pigs immunized with 2,4-dinitrophenyl-guinea pig albumin (DNP-GPA) possess lymphocytes which specifically bind sufficient DNP-GPA-(125)I to their surface be detected by radioautography. These are present in the draining lymph nodes a frequency of approximately 50/1000 animals 2-4 wk earlier DNP-GPA complete Freund's adjuvant. Nonimmunized have 0.4 antigen-binding cells (ABC) per 1000 lymphocytes. An increase ABC peripheral blood is detectable 5 days after immunization, before time that serum anti-DNP antibody measurable. The receptors these hapten specific free epsilon-DNP-L-lysine, at low concentration, inhibits binding DNP-GPA-(125)I; DNP bovine alumbin (DNP-BSA) equivalent inhibition ABC; and both agarose beads DNP-BSA adsorb ABC. Anti-immunoglobulin antisera, particularly anti-gamma(2) sera, inhibit implying immunoglobulin, primarily gamma(2) heavy chain class. appear represent precursors antibody-secreting specificity characteristics very different from cells, similarly guinea pigs, mediate cellular immune response DNP-GPA.
