摘要: PURPOSE: The aim of this study was to compare the results computed tomography (CT) and positron emission (PET) with [18F]-fluoro-2-deoxy-d-glucose (FDG) for lymph node staging in patients carcinoma cervix evaluate relationship imaging findings prognosis. PATIENTS AND METHODS: We retrospectively compared CT whole-body FDG-PET 101 consecutive cervix. Patients were treated standard irradiation chemotherapy (as clinically indicated) observed at 3-month intervals a median 15.4 months (range, 2.5 30 months). Progression-free survival evaluated by Kaplan-Meier method. RESULTS: demonstrated abnormally enlarged pelvic nodes 20 (20%) para-aortic seven (7%) patients.
