摘要: Abstract We report the influence of post-annealing treatment on structure and optical properties ITO nanopowders prepared by electrochemical method. found that as-prepared two-phase nanocrystals can transform to pure cubic after annealing at 600 °C in N2 atmosphere. The average crystal size increases with increasing temperature is about 60 nm 800 °C. band gap temperature. reflectance rapidly near ultraviolet region reaches maximum visible light region, then gradually decreases till infrared region. And annealed show an excellent blocking effect wavelength range 2.5–5 μm. reason blue shift odd behaviors were analyzed discussed.
