摘要: Abstract In this paper, a novel aqueous co-precipitation process for preparing ITO (indium tin oxide) nanopowders was investigated. process, the solutions of 3+ –Sn 4+ ions and 25% NH 3 ·H 2 O were simultaneously added into solution (NH 4 ) SO –NH O, Cl–NH to make different reaction solutions. When used as primary liquid with pH value in range 6.5–7.0, spherical particles uniform particle size (10–20 nm), low agglomeration large specific surface obtained. The characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM) energy-dispersive spectrometer (EDS). EDS analysis indicated that distribution Sn elements powders their mass ratio close 9:1, which would result from provided stable chemical circumstance be co-precipitated.
