摘要: Using [3H]-vinorelbine, we demonstrated the presence of saturable and time-dependent high-affinity binding sites on human platelets lymphocytes. The dissociation constant binding-site values observed were 200±38 nM, 20.0±2.2 amol/platelet, 155±20 amol/lymphocyte, respectively. Among other blood components, low-affinity vinorelbine to alpha1-acid glycoprotein, serum albumin, lipoproteins was observed. erythocytes nonsaturable. Given relative concentrations these carriers, mainly distributes in platelet compartment (>70%), amount free plasma total is <2%. It suggested that because preferential retention by platelets, variations count are very likely produce changes fraction vinorelbine.
