摘要: IL-12 is a crucial cytokine for the determination of Th1/Th2 balance. It important, therefore, to elucidate mechanisms IL-12R expression on Th cells. In this report, we present evidence show that B7-2 costimulation plays pivotal role in A Th1 clone expressed low density resting condition, was enhanced by stimulation with specific Ag splenic adherent cells and enhancement inhibited anti-B7-2 or CTLA-4-Ig. When stimulated anti-CD3 plus B7-2-transfected Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells, strongly IL-12R, although itself only weakly expression. We obtained results were similar those CD4+CD45RBlow memory T CD4+CD44low naive B7-2-CHO found play more important The accumulation both IL-12Rβ1 -β2 chain mRNAs detected when they costimulated B7-2-CHO, but β2 mRNA not upon alone.
