摘要: This paper reviews recent developments of analytical methods for the determination alpha-amylase, its isoenzymes, and lipase. The evaluation severity etiology acute pancreatitis by enzyme assays, e.g., pancreatic elastase 1, phospholipase A2, routine enzymes are discussed. limited significance determinations as compared to imaging endoscopic procedures diagnosis chronic is demonstrated. Indirect "tubeless" tests exocrine insufficiency with respect secretion chymotrypsin (chymotrypsin in stool NBT-PABA test) cholesterol esterase (pancreolauryl reviewed. Finally, superiority morphologic investigations over biochemical timely detection carcinoma shown.
