摘要: Brain tumors are characterized by very high mortality and, despite the continuous research on new pharmacological interventions, little therapeutic progress has been made. One of main obstacles to improve current treatments is represented impermeability blood vessels residing within nervous tissue as well vascular net generating from tumor, commonly referred blood-brain barrier (BBB) and tumor (BBTB), respectively. In this review, we focused established emerging strategies overcome increase drug delivery for brain cancer. To date, there three broad being investigated cross wall they conceived breach, bypass, negotiate access tissue. paper, summarized these approaches highlighting their working mechanism potential impact quality life patients status development.
