摘要: Abstract A single-phased white-light-emitting phosphor Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2:Ce3+, Tb3+ (CMSC:Ce3+, Tb3+) is synthesized by a high temperature solid-state reaction method, and its photoluminescence properties are investigated. The obtained exhibits strong excitation band between 250 410 nm, matching well with the dominant emission of UV light-emitting-diode (LED) chip. Energy transfer from Ce3+ to ions has been investigated demonstrated be resonant type via dipole–dipole mechanism. energy efficiency as critical distance also estimated. Furthermore, phosphors can generate light yellow-green through white eventually blue properly tuning relative ratio grounded on principle transfer. results show that this potential applications for white-light LEDs.
