摘要: Carbon quantum dots (CDs) have standout as one of the most important carbon nanomaterials owing to their small size, optical properties, biocompatibility and low toxicity. These CDs been extensively explored for various applications especially in biomedical fields. Although great efforts devoted fabrication through both top-down bottom-up methods, these exhibited blue emission under UV light irradiation. In this work, we reported a novel, green, economic approach preparation nitrogen doped by directly microwave-assisted heating organic molecules at 120°C 5min using Glu amino group MPD precursors ethylene glycol solvent. Thus prepared emit green fluorescence when they were irradiated 365nm light. Compared with other synthetic method does not require strict reaction conditions is easy operation. The display unique luminescence high water dispersibility good biocompatibility. remarkable features make potential applications. Taken together, has developed rather mild route. Owing facile experimental procedure outstanding CDs, work will open up new avenue CDs.
